Toguro's handiwork on the right with a mere punch while at only 80%. He can get to 120% if memory serves. When have we seen any1 in DBZ do that kind of damage with a physical assault?

Toguro was a B class demon. Sensui was a match for S class. Toguro did Both of those while not even at B as he was at 80/120.
