Sine when was Freiza smart? He was just a power hungry dumbass, Super 17 would absorb all his energy and then crush him.
Perfect Cell wouldnt stand a chance against one of Baby's revenge death balls, plus he is a huge ozaru.
Omega would probably be beaten by Buu.
