Furthermore, Vegeta observes that he had no indiscernible ulterior motive. So yes, I'd say he's a good deal stronger, but just that.
But, again, I'd say about equal.

Anyway, back on topic, yes it is all opinion, as is most of DBZ past the Freeza Arc. And I for one find that the idea that Goku reaching the level of 100%
Freeza in base to be rather silly. Hell, it might be right, but it seems stupid to me.
