"Proof" is when Goku hits Omega Shenron with the Dragon Fist, Omega regenerates after that attack. Here is your proof:




After that, Omega Shenron also regenerates after Gogeta shoots him with the Big Bang Kamehameha. I know Buu has regeneration abilities as well, but with Super 17's absorption abilities, the GT villains take this with minimal problems.
