This is a tough one. Cell has a TON of moves so does Freiza and Buu (He can absorb different people) I believe the matches would be like this.
1. Omega Shenron vs. Majin Buu: Majin Buu can probably turn him into Candy or absorb him. Unless Omega finishes the fight quickly by exterminating Buu I'd say Majin Buu wins.
2. Cell against Super 17, I think Super 17 would win with his ability to absorbe Ki attacks and his Instant Transmission is useless against 17. So I'd say Super 17 would win this.
3. Freiza against Baby: Freiza most likely knows about Saiyans tails so he'd probably cut off his tail and then Baby would be much weaker. So Freiza wins, I'd say.

The Freiza vs. Baby fight would probably last the shortest then it would be 3 on 2. So I'll vote for the Z Villins with equal levels I believe they'd win.
