Doesnt matter if they are same power, Z Villians would be wasted.
Freiza - Taken out easily with one of Super 17's energy blasts.
Cell - Crushed by Baby Vegeta then vapourized with Vegeta's revenge death ball. Unable to regenerate.
Buu Vs Omega - At same power, not sure who would win this one.
