Z wins, because GT villains suck hard. Simple as that.

Seriously, though, Cell and Buu have regeneration and Freeza has techniques. GT villains have none of that or hardly any of it. The only thing that they have is absorption, and Cell, Freeza and possibly Super Buu aren't that stupid.
