The way I've always seen it is that Dabra is roughly equal to the full power of Perfect Cell, as stated by Goku, which is why the battle is so even with "MSSJ" Gohan (who I personally believe is only SSJ by this point). LSSJ Broly I've always put at about the power Perfect Cell shows against Super Vegeta, perhaps up to the warm-up against Goku, no more than that.

To me at least, Dabra wins this easily, even without the spit.
