YEAH but that was expalainned because the data DR.GERO gave them about the z fighters where wrong ....just like dr.gero didnt expect goku to be as strong as he was because he didnt have the right datas about them so 17 was just guessing
-And they do talk a lot of shit though they just cocky just like vegeta the think they are the strongest but they are far far far away from that
