Android 13 = SSJ Goku, shown in their fight.
SSJ Vegeta and SSJ Trunks were not much stronger than their Android counterparts - shown by the fact that they were both damaged and reverted to base.
And SSJ increases/multipliers never played an important role in the movies nor do they care about it.
