I dunno... I've always had issue with people being able to gain massive power through training unless its through special circumstances, like with Kami or King Kai.

Given that Goku's 20x couldn't even match up with Freeza's 50% form, who managed to deflect the Kamehameha fairly easily, you'd have to get at least a 100% increase in power, probably more along the lines of 150%. Of course, that's for 100% Freeza.

Is this impossible? No, not at all. Do I think it's likely that he managed to increase his power that much from the Freeza saga without benefitting from near-death augmentations? Jury's still out on that one, but I think against 70% Freeza it may be possible.
