Please do not post your artwork in someone else's thread. I don't mean to sound like a mod, or steal Teecee's thunder, but I'm sure he's tired of it. (Thought I'd help)

As for you artwork, I would suggest asking Gohan for tips. And GIMP has a filter effect for scanlines, or so I believe.
