^Manga Fox again. There is already an inconsistency in the two scans you have posted regarding that which "seperates the Human Realm and the Demon Realm". One said it was the "barrier". The other said it was the "alternate dimension" in which the barrier is contained. Please read an accurate translation. It leads to less of this.
-The barrier between the ROSAT and Earth is a "dimensional barrier" (DBZ volume 41)
-Both barriers are designed keep beings from two parallel-worlds from intermingling.
-Super Boo can break dimensional barriers.
-Kuwabara sword is frequently described as a "dimension-cutter". He cut the kekkei which is frequently reffered to as a "barrier".
^Kuwabara's sword also cut Mitarai. Does that make him a dimension?
-The ROSAT barrier is actually even stronger than the kekkei. Piccolo said it was physically IMPOSSIBLE to get out once the door is sealed. Impossible. Do you know what that means...? The kekkei is not and was never stated to be impossible to break. Even fact, it only repells certain beings (strong demons) and Sensui was able to go through effortlessly with his golden-ki: Manga Fox: Yu Yu Hakusho Vol.16 Ch.008 Online Manga Scans
Super Boo's kiai>>>ROSAT barrier>Kekkei barrier>S-and A class>>>Itsuki's barrier ripping>>>Regular barriers. This is well supported by irrefutable facts on both sides and do not contradict any rules in either series. Now prove me wrong.

Itsuki was also a dimension ripper, but that didn't automatically make him capable of taking down the Kekkai.
Post a scan showing Piccolo stating that the "barrier" of ROSAT was "impossible" to break. Besides which, he was proven wrong by Super Boo, which completely shoots down your only "proof" of the "strength" of the ROSAT dimensional barrier. The fact that this is your sole proof for the strength of the dimensional barriers of ROSAT only increases my belief and the strength of my argument that the dimensional barriers of ROSAT were only its dimensional limits.
Also, if you are so convinced that the dimensional barriers imposed by the ROSAT are the same as those imposed by the Kekkai, could you please show a scan showing the barriers? As I said before, one of the distinctions between the Kekkai and dimensional limits is that the Kekkai functioned as a force field and can be seen and touched.
The dimensional limits of Spirit Realm and Demon Realm stop demons from invading the Spirit Realm. They are a barrier to demons wanting to attack Spirit Realm. It is
exactly the same as the barrier imposed by the dimensional limits of the ROSAT. The Kekkai is in addition to the barrier imposed by dimensional limits, as demons possessed powers capable of overcoming these limits.
Itsuki could break dimensional barriers like the ones Super Boo was shown to break. Itsuki ripped a hole between two dimensions, overcoming the barrier imposed by dimensional limits:
Super Boo ripped a hole between two dimensions, overcoming the barrier imposed by dimensional limits. Completely voiding Piccolo's statements about the ROSAT being impossible to physically overcome in the process.
To say that their feats, although using a different mechanism, do not yield the same result and do not overcome the same barrier is to admit you do not have eyes.
Itsuki couldn't break the Kekkai. Since Super Boo's feat only did exactly what Itsuki's feat did, there is no proof Super Boo can overcome the Kekkai. There is actually more proof that he could not overcome the Kekkai, as he could only rip holes in dimensional fabric, and wasn't shown to take down force fields that could not be affected by brute strength. You have been completely disproven.

When did I say anything about it being about "strength"? The Kekkai repels anything stronger than an A class. It is completely irrelevant to strength. That's the whole point of it, as it was made to repel anything stronger than the forces of the Spirit Realm could handle. Like yourself, I have said that YYH fighters like Itsuki and Kuwbara opened dimensions due to special abilities. But now, you're making it sound like they did it with their strength. Apart from demons like Itsuki, the main reason why the Kekkai was set up was to stop any A or higher class demons entering the Human Realm during the rare periods where a natural tunnel would form which would allow such demons to enter and destroy the Human Realm. Itsuki said that his ability only allow him to make holes in dimensions, but doesn't give him the ability to dispel magical force fields like the Kekkai.

Funny, I never heard any of this stated. The Earth's dimensional barrier also seemed to recover just as quickly as the ROSAT one. Does the DBZ world also have a barrier around it that is impossible to break that we never hear about?
To me, it makes much more sense that Super Boo's ki only opened a passage that lasted as long as the ki from his scream still lingered around. Sorta like Itsuki's, which remain open as long as the power in those hands sustain the passage. Without that ki to sustain it, it just closes. Also, show me a scan of someone touching these barriers, as I'm not convinced that these barriers are anything more than just the dimensional limits of the ROSAT.
In that scene, Piccolo's logic seemed to be that by trapping Super Boo in an alternate dimension, he could stop Super Boo from accessing the main DBZ world. He obviously didn't know that Super Boo could create dimensional tunnels, so he thought that the dimensional limits of the ROSAT were enough to stop him from entering the DBZ world.
