Frieza saga: Vegeta would win of course.

Trunks saga: I think Piccolo may win. 1.7 years of training for Piccolo since Namek, while I doubt Vegeta did much of anything. Piccolo is also a better fighter.

Gohan would only matter if he sees Piccolo getting beaten up and loses it. If he does get really mad, he may be able to really hurt Vegeta.
