Default Re: Hatake Kakashi vs. Nara Shikamaru

Lol, that's called fan service Bay... >_>

A lot of super strong Akatski members have been taken down which makes no sense to me after hearing about the circumstances but oh well...sigh.

I agree with most of your points but with the Chiyo example I was trying to implicate that having knowledge of your opponent is good but not always good enough to get you the win. The only other factor would be preparation time but a battle can go many ways at any time it seems. I mean Shikamaru's intelligence never really won him a fight from what I've seen. He fought Temari and gave up after figuring out her fighting style, he was about to get killed by Tatuya (or whatever her name is) then Temari comes to the rescue. He beat that sound ninja but she was incredibly weak. Shikamaru's advantage is definitely his brain but it's better for defensive and counter type attacks. He's lacks offensive jutsus, and for the most part the best defense is a tremendous offense. The more defensive you are, the more limited you are. But I suppose preparation time would enable him to get the offense on par with his defensive capabilities.

That's all I want to say for now.
