Now, we see through Vegeta's words and stance that he will be the one to defeat Cell (after having felt 50% of Goku's power), that Vegeta (Cell Games) is a little stronger than 50% Goku (Cell Games).

Vegeta (Cell Games) > 50% Goku (Cell Games)

Gohan at the Cell Games is stated to be somewhat stronger than Goku.

Gohan (Cell Games) > Goku (Cell Games)

Since Vegeta is a bit stronger than half Goku's power, while Gohan is a bit stronger than Goku's full power, it's clear that Vegeta is about half of Gohan's power.

Gohan (Cell Games) = 2x Vegeta (Cell Games)

By Vegeta's words, and the fact that he challenged Gohan so outright, it's clear that Vegeta (Buu saga) is at least equal to Gohan (Cell Games).

Since he was only half of Gohan's Cell Games power before, and equal to his full power now, Vegeta doubled his power over the 7-year gap.

By Vegeta's statement while Gohan is fighting Dabura, it's clear that Gohan (Cell Games) is stronger than Gohan (Buu saga).

We also see by stated fact that Majin Vegeta is dead even with Goku (Buu saga).

Now, we can also get how strong Goku has become. Vegeta claims that no amount of training could have closed the gap between himself and Goku. Meaning, Goku gains just as much power as Vegeta does. And Goku was training in Otherworld, which was stated. This means that Goku also doubled his power in the 7-year gap.

Goku (Buu saga) = 2x Goku (Cell Games).

Substitute their Cell Games relation:

Vegeta (Buu saga) > 50% Goku (Buu saga).

That means Majin Vegeta is almost twice as strong as Vegeta (Buu saga). Since Vegeta is probably a little stronger than Gohan (Cell Games), we get:

Majin Vegeta = 2x Gohan (Cell Games).

No matter what anyone says, Broly was NOT twice as strong as a mythical (since he didn't appear) Super Saiyan 2 Gohan in Movie 10. That means:

Cell was only even with Gohan after Gohan lost half his ki. "Super Perfect" Cell isn't even half as strong as Majin Vegeta.

And Bojack's a loser. He's not even close to as strong as "Super Perfect" Cell.

That means, simply put, that Super Saiyan 2 Majin Vegeta could wipe all these clowns out, no problem.

And Buu beat the snot out of him.

That means these three guys don't even belong in this fight. This is no challenge whatsoever for Buu.
