Movie 8 Broly at Full Power would be stronger than FP Perfect Cell. Let alone MSSJ Goku who was shown to be nothing against Broly in Movie 8.
Movie 10 Broly would be alot stronger than Super Perfect Cell. Let alone the time he was suppressed before the zenkai.
Bojack is the weakest and would be taken out quick. Cell has smarts and regeneration though he wouldn't last against a power of Broly's magnitude after the massive zenkai which was alot bigger than the one Cell got after surving his self destruction on King Kai's planet.
I think the fight would ultimately come down to Broly vs. Fat Buu. Both of them would make a good fight because Broly would've had enough time to reach full power after beating his other opponents but Buu may win with regeneration. That is, if Broly didn't catch on and try blasting him quick enough before hes able to try putting himself back together. If he did, theres a chance he can win. But this fight could go either way IMO.
