To be fair, Mr. Buu is far stronger than SSJ 2 Vegeta, whose stronger than "SSJ 2" Cell.
And Fat Buu is even stronger than Aku Buu, so, yeah, it would total slaughter on Cell's part. Although Cell might last a while, maybe.
