Aizen, Gin and Tousen left to Hueco Mundo and we all know how the events happened. Now, do you think Aizen, Gin and Tousen are the only "bad" captains?
Maybe some vice-captain could be secretly working with them. Someone we don't know much of like Hisagi Shuuhei or Kira or someone else?
I bet that one of the vice-captains (without a captain) is secretly working with his captain in Hueco Mundo...
Heck, it could even be another captain.

Just think about it...
