First off, all added.

More importantly -

Should solve up your planetbustering issues.

Third, it seems many misunderstood the time period rule. It's not meant to be... a very specific form of a character, such as Super Saiyan etc. It's only meant to prevent members from using abilities their character couldn't use together, like... geez, I can't even think of an actual example. Normally, it's presumed that you are using your character at his prime. However, his prime may indicate that some abilities of the character may not be used. If your character goes blind at some point, but learns a new technique, you can't RP your character both being able to see and use that technique. It's simple as that - no need to overcomplicate things.

Also, yeah, I changed your character Penguin. But I stress again that canonical power doesn't really matter, since this is a skill tournament, we'll have to count all characters as collectively equal in power, the difference in battle being their set of abilities and individual skills. The measure for who wins is how the contestants RP, not which character seems to be winning the battle, naturally, but it doesn't help your RPing if your character can be destroyed with a finger flick of the opponent.
