The boost may increase numerically, but not proportionally. And using it as a regular item just isn't the same, since it's not supposed to be used like that. And I won't waste
any Stamina on something I don't want.
I wasn't given anything to work with. I was given a "take it or leave it". Sorry, that's not how it works. If you don't want me to have the item, just say so. Don't try to drain the life out of it and present me with a shrivelled little raisin.
