Super Saiyan Gohan was even with Dabura, who was even with Cell, who was a bit above Super Saiyan Goku (Cell Games).
50% Goku was stronger by far than Super Vegeta.
Super Vegeta owned Stage Two Cell.
Stage Two Cell was multiple times stronger than Imperfect Cell.
Imperfect Cell owned Android 17.
That makes Super Saiyan Gohan about 10 times stronger than Android 17. Super Saiyan isn't 10x stronger than base.
Base Gohan >> Android 17.
