What's "retard" is you trying to claim that Goku would gain all this power from trasnforming into an ape, yet Baby would not. The same transformation will yield the same increase for both fighters.

Goku as SSJ3 couldn't keep his transformation, I don't think he was that much weaker than Bebi. Golden Oozaru Goku is stronger than Oozaru Bebi. There is nothing to suggest Goku was stronger as SSJ4 than he was as an Oozaru. Golden Oozaru Goku is stronger than Oozaru Bebi.
