It is slow... But it is not that bad. I fight fast thing all the time with Dabi. It is very easy. You just have to counter more often. which is not that bad since it does so much damage with its counter.

Main thing that gives alot of people problems is not learning every pattern for the foes. I know when to roll, when to counter. I guess Dabi is a weapon for those who spend alot of time with the game...
