"Sorry but, I don't think that will be happening anytime soon." A voice said from afar. Atop what used to be a large building, and what was now reduced to mere rubble, stood a single man. His hair and skin were pure white, his eyes were as dark as night. He wore a white robe, with a black border around the collar. His face was painted with a devlish smirk.

"You guys have a lot of guts to just show up here and destroy the city." He said taking a brief survey of his surroundings. "Not that I care much for this place." he added, "Guys like you, who act like they own the world, just annoy the heck out of me." he said chuckling. "I guess I'm just gonna have to teach you a lesson, eh?"

He lifted his right hand and pointed his index finger at the short Saiyajin. At his fingertip a small black orb began to form. Still, from this distance there was little or no chance that he would meet his target. This fact, however, did not deter Suji in the least for , in that instant, Suji was dissassembled in what appeared to be a million tiny cubes. He appeared again much closer to the short Saiyajin, in point-blank range to be more accurate. "Bye, bye now." Suji said smiling, and firing his ray at the Saiyajin's face.
