Sorry for the lateness in the reply, I couldn't get to this yesterday because I was too busy.
Yeah I can understand your frustration. Unfortunately I can guarantee you that a lot of people would completely abuse the Neg Rep option if it were much laxer than it is now. And from what I can see it's not something we can adjust manually for individual accounts. What I will do though is see if I can work out something that's a little more lax.
I'll see what I can do.
