I use to find starting the hardest part. But that was because I felt obligated to start out with description, and I always liked starting pieces with dialogue. However, once I realized that no one was forcing me to write that way. Then, eventually, starting off in general became easy.

What I find difficult, is staying motivated. I often get bored with my current story and think of better one.. Then the cycle repeats..
