You can get an owned license for $160, plus thirty bucks each year for updates.
VB can have much more space than other forums in addition to holding more members and content. Many forums have moved from phpbb to vb due to a change in size. VB to me is the best forum software around, tons of features and great security, great skinning potential as well.
