Dudes! Put it this way.
Lets put Frieza a tad but higher Majin Vegeta or Gotenks PL
Frieza got easily beaten by Mystic Gohan (he was Mystic, Fusion Reborn took place after Kid Buu saga)
Frieza got toyed around by Goku gt who is maybe a bit weaker than Gohan.
Both can beat Majin Vegeta/Gotenks easily
Threfore they both beat Frieza easily
