I would agree with "scabab" that SSJ Kid Goku is stronger then SSJ2 Vegeta. The reason is simple, SSJ Kid Goku fought evenly with General Rilldo who is stronger than Buu. SSJ2 Vegeta couldn't beat any of the different forms of Buu, ever.
