We know for sure that Sasuke's Ninjutsu, Strength, and Speed increased from the CS Boost. Personally I would also increase Knowledge (learned more about the Cursed Seal and um himself :/) and Taijutsu.

We now that a fully developed Sharingan and Cursed Seal are equal. The upgraded Sharingan's increase can be reflected in Taijutsu and possibly Genjutsu (stronger Sharingan, even though it doesn't matter) and Stamina.

Now it doesn't look that far off given that Cursed Seal Level Two for Kimimaro decreases his speed below Level One, at least according to my translation.
