IIRC they combined a chi blast that broke Cooler apart. Another one of those cheap movie tactics which would never happen canonically (but this is Movie section, so w/e). I guess if Turles and Goku did the same then they might pull it off, but I think Nail is the type to get right down to business - he'll finish them off quickly.

Got what idea? It's not hard to guess his power range. He stated that Goku was 30,000 and rising. It's my approximation that he's around 34,000, since he was still able to dodge all of Goku's punches [not the first one though]. And so, I also think Goku is around that power range as well, because they were very close.
Anyone who is higher than 38,000 will have a much easier time defeating Nail, but that's not to say that they would surely defeat him. All I'm suggesting is that Goku and Turles have a shot at beating Nail.
We don't really know how powerful Goku could've been either. It may be that he was around 35,000-36,000, which would certainly give him an easier fight in this case...but of course, nothing here is written in stone. You can make your own interpretation of it. It seems though that if they're not really outclassed by Nail, and just a step behind, and there are two of them, they could win if they combine their attacks as one, just like Goku and Piccolo did in Movie 1 against Garlic Jr., and just like SSj Vegeta and SSj Goku did in Movie 6. In both Movies, the fighters combined their attack as one in order to deal maximum damage. Garlic Jr. outclassed either Goku or Piccolo [which means at the very least there's most likely a 1.24x difference, if not 1.33x], but with their combined strength, they were able to topple him. Same thing with Movie 6. By attacking simultaneously, Goku and Vegeta beat Meta-Cooler, by attacking together physically and even together with ki assaults. In this case I think, two can make a difference here, if they combine their offensives as one, or in one accord.
