"I must have gone nuts, walking into a bar like this. Then again, I'm no longer a monk any more ..." Rei muttered darkly, casually walking into the bar to many strangers. It was obvious he was out of his comfort zone, though convinced himself he should at least try to fit into society if he were to get used to living in the city like this.

"A glass of water please, thank you" he said to the bartender simply once sitting on the stool., unaware that he was 18 and legally able to drink. Though even if he knew, his monk like morals wouldn't allow him even though he left the temple. He sighed and calmed his mind, his sixth sense picking up the energies from around him to his amazement.

"incredible! These people aren't ordinary to say the least, they all hold a strong ki signature like my own. They must be strong, or even stronger than myself. Looks like I have a lot more training to do, it's likely that some of them will enter a martial arts competition if there was one. With my current intensity of training, I would not be ready for the day that I fight one of them in the arena" he thought, receiving his glass of water and sipping it distractively whist still pondering on what he discovered.
