Name Meaning: A variation of Lucretia, a woman from Roman myth, and Lucia, who inspired the character.
Age: Unknown; appears early twenties, but due to her race, is FAR older.

Advantage: Kais are immortal; they cannot be killed. When they die, they do in fact get sent to the Afterlife, but they may return at any time. They may also travel between this world and the next
Disadvantage: Kais are weakened by excessive amounts of evil energy. As such, when they face demons they are lowered 1 level.

Apperance:
The above is Lucrecia as she appears in her ‘kai’ attire; he deviation of design from those worn by the four Kai’s, he Grand Kai or the Supreme Kai is due to both her own rank within that order and her own style and taste for more ‘artistic’ clothes. When not fighting or otherwise ‘on duty’, she tends to wear a much more ‘normal’ style- switching between the two is hardly an issue, given the abilities exhibited by King Kai and Kibito, with regards clothing.

Personality: A pacifist, partly by race, mostly by nature, Lucrecia doesn't really act like one should expect a kai to. Rather quiet, she constantly has an expression of boredom or disinterest, as though paying little attention to he affairs of the mortal world, or caring little for the actions of it's inhabitants- this is, most likely, due to her former position as the guardian of an entirely different galaxy. That said, despite her calm, detached exterior, she has a good heart and, again perhaps due to her race she is wiling to help people and perform various 'good guy' actions- she simply tends to go about it in an entirely different manner.

Rather secretive about her past, she has also developed two perhaps odd tendencies; first and most obviously is a joy of smoking, and she is rarely seen without a cigarette in either in her mouth or hand; the other, the source of her own self-given title, is a love of art, almost obsessively. She may also be described as having a stubborn or selfish streak; more often than not, she leaves such mundane matters as 'paying' to others.

One other, more unseemly quality, is her pride; normally kept in check with her self-esteem, it’s blown out of proportion when it comes to her artwork, thus explaining her self-given title of “Otherworlds #1 Artist”

Kai Kai
One of Kibito’s signature techniques, and one which Lucrecia, as a kai, also possesses. It’s similar to Instant Transmission, in so far as that it is a teleportation technique, performed by placing one’s fingers to the forehead and vanishing instantly; however, it’s more easily comparable to cube fade, as the user doesn’t require a ki signature to lock onto; the downside, of course, being that they must therefore know exactly where they are going. The technique in fact travels through dimensions, which can prove dangerous to passengers, as it nearly did to Goku when he ended in the Sogieku Realm…

Kire Engetsu
One of Lucrecia’s few techniques hat can be used for both offence and defensive purposes; given her pacifistic nature, it tends to be the latter. With a wave of her arm, a crescent moon shaped blast of ki is released towards her opponent which, one contact, explodes, showering them with ki and damage. Alternatively, which is where the defensive aspect comes in, it may wrap around them and bind them, provided the ki exerted is not equal or greater than that being used to hold them. In either case, the ki can be detonated at any time, usually causing a flare of colour- what she herself alls artistic beauty.

Self-portrait
Another artistry based move; though it’s used primarily as the name would imply (ie: a portrait of herself) the terms can apply to anything. By making a sketch of something and imbuing it with ki, a living copy of that is created, albeit with the attributes of whatever it was sketched from (eg: a sword drawn on stone would feel like stone, a mouse drawn on bark would feel wooden etc) and, unless care is given to actually make I detailed, it can be very easy to tell what is a drawing and what is real. The clone as it were is imbued with ki and when this ki is used up, they turn back to the medium from which they were drawn; maintaining existence costs 1ki per turn basic punches/kicks/attacks with weapons cost 5, and further attacks cost what they will. In addition, a copy of someone else will contain only the techniques and knowledge of what Lucreia herself knows, not necessarily all of the originals techniques, a major flaw in her technique. A portrait may also be returned to ink before it's ki is used up; the remainder is refunded.

Angelic Aura
Description: A angelic blast from an aura slams into the opponent, they are surrounded and pummeled by the bright ki of kais.

Smoke and Mirrors
Description: A defensive technique; the user breathes out a stream of smoke that swells between the opponents. The user (and any opponents/allies) ki signature becomes mixed and spread out throughout the smoke, which obviously makes it difficult to find one another. This does not apply to the user, and everyone senses their own ki signatures perfectly. The smoke is thick and heavy and cannot, therefore, be dispelled by a burst of ki unless the amount of ki exerted is greater than the amount of ki used to create the smoke. The “mirrors” part comes into play as, for an additional 10 ki, the use can create illusions to dart through the fog; these illusions have no stats, cannot harm the opponent, cannot be harmed, etc; their sole purpose is disorientation. The low amount of ki used in them also means that, to look at, they are rather vague, shadowy and shaky; it’s only when the opponents vision is already distorted-such as, in the smoke of this technique- that they could be mistaken for the real deal.
Ki spending: 100 ki per round; the ki is expanded all at once, and the smoke remains in place for the amount of ki divided by 100. After the technique ends, the user must wait the same number of posts before they can use it again

Dodon Ray
Description:This is Tsuru-Sennin's version of the Kame Hame Ha. It is an extremely powerful beam shot from one finger. Tao Pie Pie nearly kills Goku with this, but Goku is saved by the Dragonball in his shirt. Iroicaly, given it's usage by a school of assassins, it is one of Lucrecia's favored techniques for offence, due to it's method of use; few tend to expect a technique from one fingers, which helps catch them off-gaurd, especially when one remembers that the wielder is normally so peaceul

Eye Lasers
Description:This is a thin, highly accurate beam of energy shot from the eyes . We first see it used by Piccolo to shut Gohan up, but he makes it weak on purpose. Later we see Frieza use it and Android 20 uses it to destroy most of an island.

Ki Barrier
Description:This technique involves the user forming a barrier of Ki around them that can withstand anything, as long as the user her Ki to supply to it.
Ki Cost: Double the amount of ki as the attack your blocking

Intimidation
Description- Lucrecia glares at the opponent; as she does so, some of her ki begins to leak out, creating an oppresive aura around her. In addition, however, it tends to clue into her otherworldly nature, causing the opponent to lose focus for a moment as they realise their opponent is a former "god"...[basically, what Shin did to Piccolo][Description TBC]
Effect:The opponent is unnable to attack for one post (the post after this technique is executed). This
can work on one opponent, or as many opponents as you are fighting.However allies with PL's lower than yours are affected by this technique as well.

Light Cage
Description:This attack is formed by putting one hand in front of you. You then thrust it forward and yell "Light cage!" A round disk flies at your opponent. It then forms a ball of pure good around them. Give the fact the opponent is restrained but essentially unharmed, it's the natural sort of technique Lucrecia would use.

Kakusan Yuudou Kikou Ha
Description:This involves the attacker firing many Kikou Ha's at their opponent which are made easy to avoid on purpose. The attacker makes these Kikou Ha's then wait behind the opponent, making sure the opponent is surrounded. With their opponent trapped the attacker makes the Kikou Ha's converge on their opponent causing mass damage

Kamehameha
Description:The signature attack of Dragonball. We first see it performed by Kame-Sennin to put out the fire on Mt. Paozu, unfortunately Kame-Sennin puts too much power in and blows the mountain away! The attack is charged with cupped hands behind the back, then brought to the front with the arms outstretched, and fired.

Magaru Kame Hame Ha
Description: This is ability to fire a Kame Hame Ha and control its direction so that it turns around and strikes the opponent in the back.

Solar Flare
Ki Cost: 100
Description: This attack is one of the most useful in the series. The user puts the hands up to the face and shouts "TAYOKEN" or "SOLAR FLARE", this causes the sun's rays to be amplified and reflected into the opponent's eyes, thus blinding them for one of their posts.

Janemba Portal
Description:During the fight with Goku, Janemba uses the defensive technique to absorb one of Goku's Ki Blasts into a small portal that he creates.

Neutral's Agony
Description:The users body curls up into the fetal position and their body starts to glow. Finally after quickly building up the power they let it explode into little ki balls that are exploded outward from the user.

Divine Truth
Description:Like the Spirit Bomb energy is pulled from those around the user . But instead of taking the good from people this absorbs the rage that lies in the heart of every living thing. The user crosses the hands arcoss the chest and the legs are also stretched to the chest and with one final push of power the legs and arms are spread out forcing the energy outwards. Causing massive damage to all around the user.
Ki Cost: 800

“I’ll stop you with a single finger…”
Description: An alternative to the ki barrier technique which comes when one has complete mastery of their ki. While the ki barrier allows physical techniques to slip through, this technique erases hat problem, by supercharging the targeted part of the users’ body with ki, ffectively ‘cancelling out’ the technique- while it is mainly used for physical strikes that can not be otherwise blocked, it has some limited use upon ki enhanced moves as well. The name comes the occasion when Goku famously used the technique to overcome Trunks’ sword.
Effect: Damage from the attack is negated; the user can supercharge any/as much of heir body at any one time as necessary, provided they can provide the ki, of course.
Ki Cost: Equal to the damage that would have been caused

Time Freeze
Description:This attack is one of the most useful in all of Dragonball. By holding their breath the user can momentarily stop time. This lasts as long as the user can hold their breath. When time is stopped opponents can be attacked mercilessly, however you cannot use Ki attacks at the same
time.
Ki Cost: 1000
Only lasts one post.

Imprisonment of Light
Description: The user holds their hand flat, with the palm towards the ground; instantly, 6 bars of ki materialise through the targets waist, binding them in place. They do not, however, cause any damage, merely serving as a visual representation of the technique. Despite its reputation, however, it is not completely unbreakable…
Effect: The enemy is completely paralysed and incapable of accessing their ki during the next post- this obviously is a huge disadvantage. The prison may be broken if the opponent uses an amount of ki equal to the formation of it in the first place; this, however, causes their ki to be unusable for the current post and the next one

Special Beam Cannon/Light of Death
Description:This is an incredibly powerful beam that Piccolo first uses against Radditz and Goku. It is a straight Ki beam with another coiled around it. It is charged by putting two fingers against the forehead the fired by extending the arm and firing form the fingers. At first it takesPiccolo a few minutes, but eventually he can do it much quicker.

Capus of Umbra [Lvl 20 technique]
Description: The user mutters a chant beneath their breath, and a black orb appears between the opponents in mid-air, lowering it to sink into the ground if necessary, before suddenly expanding in all directions. Anyone within the sphere of influence is stripped of most of their five senses, and must rely upon their ki sensing abilities.
Effect: Anyone(user, ally or enemy) caught within the technique loses their five senses, and have to resort to fighting through sensing ki, with the only exception to this rule being that blows are still felt. The effect is negated if you step outside of the dome, but it applies to everyone within it. Electronic devices, such as scouters, malfunction due to the heavy amounts of ki so their effects are negated during their users time in the dome.

Marked Man
Stamina: 2
Description: A simple technique; Lucrecia touches the target, and imparts some ki onto them. The ki does not do any damage, but cannot be removed, suppressed, destroyed, or otherwise tampered with by anyone besides her.
Effect: A small amount of Lucrecia’s ki is ‘stuck’ to the opponent, allowing her to track their movements exactly. This technique remains active, so long as the kai provides the ki, of course.
Ki cost: 150, then 50 per post after that to maintain it.

Suppression

Description: A kai, trained to excel in the manipulation of ki-based arts, a technique like this is nothing difficult. Most warriors are capable of masking their ki signatures, and this merely expands upon that concept, as Lucrecia completely removes her ki from detection, suppressing her power completely and making it difficult for opponents to find her or her attacks.
Effect: Lucrecia suppresses her ki aura beyond mortal abilities, making it completely untraceable. By adding the ki cost of this technique to basic techniques, it’s ki is also undetectable.
