MFG Forums has been moved to a new server.
With any luck, the move should be transparent. The new server has a different IP address than the old one, so it's possible that you won't start using the new server for a few days -- although for most people the switch should happen much sooner.
How can you tell if you're on the new server? Go to this URL:
http://anime.myfavoritegames.com/favicon.ico If it works, and brings up a little anime icon, then you've made the switch.
The good news is that the new machine is actually faster than the old one. The bad news is that the new machine is also shared with several other websites and applications. So instead of having a slower machine to ourselves, we're now sharing a faster machine. I can't say for sure whether it will feel faster or slower, but my guess is that most people won't notice much of a difference one way or the other.
This change is being made to save on hosting fees.
