If Sasuke can still utilize the power of Orochimaru, I'd say Sasuke would win easily. Sarutobi might be able to push Sasuke to Curse seal level 2, though if he does than Sarutobi wouldn't stand a chance (even with Enma).
However, if Sasuke can no longer use the power (or jutsu's) that he gained by absorbing Orochimaru, Sarutobi stands a much better chance. I'd say that Sasuke would need to at least go to curse seal level 2. If Sarutobi summons Enma he could probably pull this off. Unless Sasuke knew how to summon Manda before he absorbed Orochimaru (which I find unlikely) I don't think he could beat Sandaime with Enma. Plus if worst comes to worst Sandaime could just use Shiki Fujin and kill them both.
I'd say that it would look like this: CSL2 Sasuke (with Orochimaru's abilities)>>>>>Sarutobi (with Enma)>CSL2 Sasuke>>Sarutobi>=CSL1 Sasuke (with Orochimaru's abilities).
That's my take on it at least.
