Default What do you want to see?

Where would you like to see the series headed? Things you want to see, plot twists, fights, and other developments, etc.

I'd want to see Aizen use Orihime in some way anyway, for one. Even if the misdirection he set up was nicely handled, it's annoying to me that she's still useless as anything more than a lure. Here's a few ways I find could improve the situation drastically.

- Aizen knew beforehand about the replacement of Karakura, to essentially have him open garganta to where he thought he wanted to go and walk right into an open battleground with the real town out of harm's way. Having trapped the other captains within Hueco Mundo, and now, isolated the rest, away from both the real Karakura town and Seireitei, he sent a two new espada, Wanderweis, and another, to both locations. Like he said, he'd just have to finish them off there, and destroy the real thing later - as easy as taking candy from a baby. The one that attacked Karakura is met with opposition of course, but eventually releases - and what we have is that giant hollow that we saw behind the menos when Aizen left from Soul Society. Urahara realizes what's going on is bad, and sets up something quickly to get a pathway open to Soul Society outside the separation, and tells Yoruichi he'll be staying behind, after warning that the pathway may not be that stable. Yoruichi assures him that won't be a problem for her, and leaves. Urahara confronts the huge hollow. Tessai and the others follow behind. We see Urahara's bankai, and all that, hear about how he wants to make amends for what he originally started right then, and all that. He can't beat it, and when he's cornerned, the Vizards intervene, and tell him he'd better do something about those in Hueco Mundo. Knowing know that there won't be anyone to support Yoruichi, he sends Tessei and the others to back her up, and the Vizards take over the fight while Urahra leaves in a hurry to work something out.

- To Orihime's shock, Ulquiorra is asleep (think up something better, and reps4u). Orihime seeks out the hougyoku on her own. She erects a barrier, and places a field of rejection over the hougyoku. She doesn't know how, but she tries to open a pathway of communication - she has to. She can feel her abilities changing. Effectively, she actually manages to reject to sense of distance between her and Aizen. She threatens to wipe the hougyoku from existence. Ichigo manages to arrive just in time, and in desperation, manages to stop her. Ichigo explains, very briefly, what she was in danger of doing. Ulquiorra shows up. They fight. Ichigo's life is held hostage by Ulquiorra, after losing the battle. Ulquiorra asks if she wants to heal him, but won't allow her to come near. She is given an ultimatum - reject the barrier on the hougyoku, or kill her companion by her own inaction. Ultimately, she caves, and breaks down over only being a burden after all in the end. Ichigo, seeing her pain, can't bear knowing, can't accept believing that even with his strength, he still hasn't been able to keep those close to him safe - how could he protect anyone, if he can't even protect his most precious companions. He struggles to move, get up, fight, but this is impossible. However, somehow, from somewhere, he draws out a spark of power - and that spark ignites a flame. Like a moth to the flame, Hollow Ichigo emerges.

- So, I figure that Orihime sees in this that Ichigo would rather die than have things turn out in this way, and comes to the painful understanding that doing this will only comfort herself - and abandons awakening the hougyoku. However, of course, Hollow Ichigo doesn't spare a thought for her safety, or anything like that. Ulquiorra racks up damage rapdily, and is forced to release. Epic Ulquiorra vs. Hollow Ichigo follows. In the end, the way I see it happening is, Ulquiorra loses (whereas they both wear each other down, Ichigo's power keeps increase despite his stamina taking a blow, and sustaining injury), and Hollow Ichigo is worn down, and reverted back to his normal state, however, Ulquiorra is still alive. He just comes from behind, and thrusts the hougyoku right into him. The hollow transformation progresses like never before, and despite her screams, unlike the last time, Orihime is unable to reach him, and feels crushed and drowned in despair. Exclaiming that if he loves the people he protects, he can't die either, he can't ignore the feeling of those who want him to stay safe, and asks him to come back, and begins to reject the process, which leads to the restoration and awakening of the hougyoku. The other captains in Hueco Mundo arrive in time to prevent Orihime from being killed off, but with the captive having been almost completely isolated, and knowing Ichigo would get there the fastest, Soul Society's forces were removed as an obstacle to the awakening of the hougyoku. Aizen mentions something about "it" being complete, which confuses the Genryuusai and the others, to which he elaborates "Did you think I wouldn't use her anyway, or that I already had? This is just as planned."

- Haven't figured out what should happen next.
