The method you used to evaluate my rationale was biased, not your "belief".
Also, descretely saying that you've always held the "belief" and then going off into an explanation stating:

does not imply opinion. Whether intentionally or not, it came off as basically saying "Shodai>Madara until we have proof otherwise". You neglected to adequately label that as your personal opinion, and it sounded like you were stating something as an absolute. In my opinion, of course.
