It doesn't make any sense at all for Kid Buu to absorb South Kaioshin. By Kid Buu's nature, he'd just kill South Kaioshin. I mean Kid Buu is literally designed to kill and only kill, so there would have to be a very good reason for him to absorb the South Kaioshin.
