Nikushimi

One problem: Would Kabuto really include himself under the title of "servant"? He's Orochimaru's right-hand mine, by Orochimaru's own admission.

As I said, Kimimaro's Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Intelligence fall pretty short of Kakashi's. While they're still higher than Zabuza's, even if you include the 10x increase from the Juin on top of the stats that are already there, these statistics won't increase, since they are based on ability, not strength.

Also, the Teshi Sendan didn't break through Gaara's sand shield. At least not the way I interpreted it. It seemed more like Gaara pulled them through to get a look at them.
