With Kirigakure no Jutsu and Silent Homicide, the battle's in Zabuza's favor. Kimimaro could try sending out spikes with his Sawarabi no Mai and turning the battlefield into a forest of bone, but that's just...a blind shot in the dark, and a waste of chakra. Zabuza still has full mobility, and I'm sure he could find a way to avoid getting hit. Statistically, Kimimaro isn't all that far from Kakashi, only lacking the same level of Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, and Intelligence.

I personally think Kimimaro is stronger than Zabuza, but Zabuza seems like he could be a bad match for Kimimaro.
