@JAIF: I love how you completely disregard the Databook Stats, which give Kimimaro an advantage in everything except Ninjutsu, Power, and Seals.

@GOAT: Kakashi was protecting three Genin and a non-Shinobi, whilst fighting Zabuza's Kage Bunshins. Kimimaro has neither of those distractions.

Oh, and that would mean Kakashi's Speed is at Tier 5? Bring me his Databook Stats.
