Super Saiyan 13, it's just a Super Saiyan 4 with a different colour scheme.

So if I take a Super Saiyan 3 and turn his hair silver I get a Super Saiyan 5,

if I turn it purple I get a Super Saiyan 6.

So what if I get a Super Saiyan 4 and turn it's hair orange, do I get a Super Saiyan 72?

No offence but jeez.

Technically, the highest Vegeta can really go is Ssj2.
