Re: SSJ13 Vegeta?
Vegeta has never done the Kamehameha in his life. ( Not counting fusions. Technically the fusions were Big Bang Kamehameha)
The big question here is...what is vegeta doing at SSJ13? He doesn't have SSJ3 and he couldn't even get to SSJ4 without Bulma's Help.
Jeez to get SSJ13 he must have worked Bulma to the bone and they had to buy an Airplane hanger to store all the machines he needs to turn into SSJ13.
And everytime he wants to go SSj13 again he needs to haul everything out and get zapped by every single on of them...which probably takes like 3 days by that time everyone is dead and he doesn't even need it...so he goes home and shaves the hair off.
