Lol, I think the reason is that people just can't stop with it. I mean SSJ17 is just unbelievable. And when you think about it it makes no sense. Partly becuase they have to power up for an entire day to reach SSJ17 because they have to go through all the other 16 stages of SSJ + Various stages of Oozaru + Some stages of complete crap!
