They're far beyond "grades" in Movie 9. They have the same powers they had at the Cell Gamaes, after taking a second trip through the Time Chamber. Much more powerful.

I'm thinking that if they tried to just straight fight, Bojack's crrew could destroy them easily. But the numbers and strategy could tip the balance.

The weakest appears to be Gokua. He could only handle base Trunks, was no match for Super Saiyan. 16 might be able to keep him busy, leaving the rest in a 7-on-3 fight.

If they can get, say, 17 and 18 to stay alive against maybe Zangya and Bujin, that would leave 5 Androids to attack Bido together. They can't hurt him, but they could distract him, and allow either 19 or 20 to sneak up on him and absorb his power. Doing this would greatly boost 19 or 20, and kill Bido. Then it would be 8-on-3.

If they could keep using this strategy to boost their own power, while picking off Bojack's fighters one by one, they could win.
