Uuuuhhh...By definition, over-exerting means pushing yourself to far and wearing yourself out...But apparently there's a slang term for it to. And I've only been 14 for a few weeks anyways. I was almost sure it ment...You know, doing it too many times...When you told me it was something you could laugh at, but I asked and I guess it means something else.
