I think Cooler's armored squadron powers are too much. Piccolo made them all look like nothing much; Saiza did give him a bit of trouble, though. I can't see all of them being that much stronger then Freeza in his first form, and being at a level strong enough to compete against his second form, either.
I think Saiza could be in the upper hundred thousands, but the others have to be much weaker.
