Yes he did, by what I know.
Gohan is a mid-ROSAT Super Saiyan in Movie 10 and gets pummelled by LSSj Broli.
In Movie 10, Gohan is a Mastered Super Saiyan and says that SSj Broli is as strong as his LSSj self in Movie 8. LSSj Broli would be more powerful than SSj Broli, so Movie 10 Broli > Movie 8 Broli.
^Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I recall.
