I would give it a try. I would try to learn how to play a guitar properly - that would be one way to spend time. Maybe write something random down every day, a diary of sorts. And since I don't have to worry about food and drink, I am in no life-threatening situation...

But if we look at it realistically, I wouldn't make it. I'd go mad or become Gollum, or both. That is, if there is no possibility of going outside. If I can go outside at any given moment... well, I guess I would go out eventually. I'd give myself 6 months as the time I'd most likely spend there in maximum.
